We are looking for an omnipotent and multifaceted CFO to join our fast-paced and very strongly mission-oriented startup team with an HQ in Estonia, and global teams in Mexico, Brasil, India, South-Africa, and in Baltics. You need to be a confident and open-minded person to fit our changing and scaling business environment, and demonstrable experience in communicating confidently and convincingly in fundraising processes, including investor pitches, due diligence, and closing the rounds.

At first, your main focus will be on fundraising and we are looking for someone with an attractive investor relationship portfolio.

In Viveo, we do not have big teams and a strong reporting hierarchy (at first, it will be solely managed finance team + outsourced accounting), and we are in the early stage of the startup lifecycle – so, besides a huge amount of hands-on-work and responsibility areas, Viveo offers an opportunity to offer a strong impact on the whole company and digital healthcare success-story. The CFO of Viveo will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s finance and accounting functions, reporting directly to the CEO. Responsibilities include general financial management, reporting, accounting, forecasting, annual budgeting planning process, and managing fundraising in different series.


  • Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems
  • Structure process and manage data in fundraising
  • Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditures, control documents, budgets, taxes, ledger and account maintenance, and data entry.
  • Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
  • Develop and implement finance and accounting procedures.
  • Assisting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to develop financial plans.
  • Other duties connected to the role.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • 10+ years of accounting/finance experience in banking, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in engaging VCs and closing successful fundraising rounds
  • Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to turn data and metrics into enthralling storytelling
